News Full Image Cre8 Associates Ltd has had its work processes accredited to the internationally recognised quality management system standard, ISO 9001: 2008. Updating and replacing the 2000 version.

Ian Marriott, Managing Director of Cre8 Associates Limited, commented: "We are delighted to have achieved this accreditation, in such a short time. In working towards this award, we have examined and re-evaluated every aspect of Cre8’s operations, involving every employee and a number of clients. This has resulted in many improvements to both what we do and how we do it. We believe that we are now a much more efficient organisation as a result of the quality program we have under taken."

Cre8 Associates Limited added a number of processes and quality aspects into its operations to ensure that it met the requirements of the sectors that it works in.

"It has been a great experience in terms of teamwork and we were all happy and relieved when we received the good news. The award covers our full range of services and products. We are particularly pleased to have been given this accolade at our first attempt," he added.

The award was made through Management System Certification Ltd (MSC), a world leader in assessing business processes and products against internationally recognised standards. MSC emphasises that ISO 9001: 2008 focuses on processes and customer satisfaction rather than procedures and so is equally applicable to service providers.
